1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "jilaa," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jilaa online gaming platform operated at jilaa.vip and all associated services.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the jilaa platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means a registered player account created on the jilaa platform.
- "Balance" means the total PHP funds held in a player's jilaa wallet, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus funds (subject to separate wagering conditions).
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by jilaa that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as real money.
- "Games" means all gaming products available on the jilaa platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, crash games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required by jilaa before processing withdrawals.
- "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the sole transaction currency on the jilaa platform.
- "Platform" means the jilaa website (jilaa.vip), mobile browser experience, and all services provided therethrough.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the jilaa platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jilaa's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jilaa platform and must not create or maintain an Account.
⚠ Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilaa. Your continued use of the jilaa platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current version of these terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification
To register and play at jilaa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. jilaa strictly enforces the Philippine minimum gambling age of 21 years. This is not negotiable and there are no exceptions.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots may not register accounts at jilaa.
- You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction at the time of play.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jilaa or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilaa platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.
jilaa reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point to verify age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of Account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
⚠ Age Requirement – 21+: Gambling is illegal for persons under 21 years of age in the Philippines. jilaa will not process withdrawals for any account where age has not been verified. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation and return.

4. Account Registration
When registering a jilaa Account, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update any details that change.
- You will register only one Account. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identification details — are strictly prohibited. jilaa employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.
- You will not allow any other person to access or use your jilaa Account at any time.
- You will notify jilaa immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)
Before jilaa processes any withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, and PRC ID. jilaa may request additional documents such as proof of address or source of funds depending on account activity levels.
4.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may maintain only one active jilaa Account. Where jilaa identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — jilaa reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances, including real-money deposits, in line with anti-fraud policies.

5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilaa Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
- Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
- Not use another person's Account or allow another person to use yours.
- Log out from your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
jilaa will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any such communication purportedly from jilaa requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilaa support immediately.
Security Note: jilaa employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications. However, your password remains your personal responsibility. jilaa cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your disclosure of Account credentials to a third party.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
jilaa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. jilaa does not accept deposits from accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within 1 business day.
- jilaa reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, in line with AML obligations.
- Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal processing.
6.3 Anti-Money Laundering
jilaa complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. jilaa may report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Players must not use jilaa for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illicit purpose. Accounts suspected of such activity will be suspended immediately and referred to law enforcement.

7. Bonuses & Promotions
jilaa offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the following general terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough" or "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion's detail page.
- Time Limits: Each bonus has an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or less). Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
- Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not been completed, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is ₱500 or the equivalent unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus wagering is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one jilaa bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
Bonus Abuse: jilaa actively monitors for bonus abuse, including strategies designed to exploit promotions without genuine wagering intent (e.g., low-risk matched betting using bonus funds). jilaa reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

8. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the jilaa platform operate according to individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing bets. The following general rules apply across all jilaa games:
- All jilaa game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Results are random, independent, and cannot be influenced by jilaa, the player, or any third party.
- In the event of a technical fault during a game round (including disconnections, server errors, or software failures), jilaa will attempt to resolve the round in accordance with available game state data. Where resolution is not possible, the round may be voided and the applicable stake returned to the player's balance.
- Game results displayed on the player's device are the definitive record. In the event of a discrepancy between the player's device display and jilaa's server records, the server records shall prevail.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. jilaa reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.
- jilaa's published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual results in any individual session will vary significantly from the theoretical RTP.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilaa platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Registering more than one Account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point.
- Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in jilaa's platform or games. Any such exploits must be reported to jilaa support immediately. Failure to report and continued exploitation constitutes fraud.
- Colluding with other players in any game where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any transaction — deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay — for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or financing of any illegal activity.
- Attempting to access jilaa's systems, databases, or networks without authorisation.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location.

10. Responsible Gaming
jilaa is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. jilaa acknowledges that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that some individuals may be susceptible to developing problematic gambling behaviours.
The following tools are available to all registered jilaa players and can be activated through the Account settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your jilaa account.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your jilaa account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 months.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your jilaa account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period once applied.

Section 11
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the jilaa platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, interface designs, and branding materials — is the property of jilaa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilaa platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilaa content without express written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any jilaa software.
- Create derivative works based on jilaa's platform or content.
- Use jilaa's branding, logos, or name without express written authorisation.
Section 12
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilaa's total liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the jilaa platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilaa shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages.
- Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or acts beyond jilaa's reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.
- Interruption of service caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end, including Philippine mobile network fluctuations.
Player Protection: jilaa holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational capital. Your deposited balance is protected from jilaa's business operations. This does not affect the limitation of liability terms above.
Section 13
13. Account Termination & Suspension
jilaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
- Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player themselves.
- jilaa's reasonable determination that continued Account operation presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon Account closure, jilaa will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the Account holder via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms
jilaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a notice displayed on the jilaa platform upon login.
Continued use of the jilaa platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure by contacting jilaa support.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jilaa platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication with jilaa's customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally — our support team in Philippine time is available 24/7.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
